06.06.2006 - CROSS Industries AG has acquired today 25,59% of the company Pankl Racing Systems AG which is listed in Frankfurt.

Through the acquisition of these interests, CROSS Industries AG emphasizes its strategic orientation towards a further extension of a strong international automotive industry.
