Wels/Hörsching, on 26 June 2009: At today’s extraordinary general meeting of Polytec Holding AG, the sale of the Peguform Group (Germany and Spain) by the Polytec Group (Hörsching, Austria) has been decided. In accordance with antitrust law, a holding company managed by Pierer GmbH and Knünz GmbH will take over industrial management of the Peguform Group.
The Peguform Group, situated in Bötzingen, Germany, is an automotive supplier and develops interior as well as exterior systems and modules for passenger cars. It currently employs 7,000 employees on a worldwide basis. Production mainly takes place at its production facilities in Germany and Spain.
