26.08.2008 Wels/Vienna: The Supervisory Board of BEKO Holding AG authorized the Management Board in yesterday’s Supervisory Board meeting to enter into negotiations with CROSS Industries AG/Unternehmens Invest AG (“CROSS group”) regarding the take over of approximately 47% of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG.   Currently CROSS group holds approximately 29% on BEKO Holding AG. The transfer of shares of BRAIN FORCE would make CROSS group major shareholder and therefore cause a tender offer in accordance with Takeover Law for BEKO Holding AG.     For questions please contact:   Mag.
