29.07.2008 - CROSS Motorsport Systems AG, a 100% subsidiary of CROSS Industries AG, acquired additional 12,711 shares of Pankl Racing Systems AG and holds now more than 50,1% of the capital stock of Pankl. On 23 July 2008 all shares of Pankl Racing Systems AG held by CROSS Industries AG were brought into CROSS Motorsport Systems AG.
