Pankl produces mechanical systems for the high-performance segments of racing-, high performance and aerospace industries; WP is manufacturer of chassis components, cooling systems for the motorcycle industry. Wethje-group is specialized in the development, construction and production of carbon-composite components.
CROSS Automotive Beteiligungs GmbH is the holding company for the Peguform-group, one of the leading premium automotive suppliers in Europe, delivering plastic components and complete system modules for the interior and exterior of vehicles.
Besides shareholdings in the automotive area, CROSS Industries holds interests in BEKO HOLDING AG (48% 1)) - listed in the unofficial market (M:access) of the Munich Stock Exchange, in Kiska GmbH (24,9%), in 234 Fahrzeugentwicklungs GmbH (100%) and in CROSS Immobilien AG (98%).
